– Collaborated with outside vendors and BETE engineers to build an automated quoting tool that converts Autodesk Inventor drawings into fully priced customer quotes, cutting quote time from 2–3 weeks to under 1 business day for 80% of quotes and reducing manual handling on large projects
– Designed and manufactured ergonomic handling tools for machine shop and foundry employees working with large injection-mold shells, working directly with machinists to ensure the practicality of each design

– Lead 45+ members across multiple disciplines and majors through the design and manufacturing of a Formula-style race car brought to team’s first collegiate competition, the 2026 Pittsburgh Shootout
– Run design reviews to verify FSAE rule compliance and manufacturability, train new members in design and manufacturing fundamentals, and manage yearly recruiting and onboarding

– Advanced from general member to subteam lead, directing 6 engineers in the research, design, and manufacturing of aerodynamic components for an open-wheel race car
– Manufactured the car’s fiberglass rear wing and led design of the radiator mounting system, building working knowledge of CAD, FEA, and CFD
